Valour gives experienced support workers the opportunity to work across children's residential providers, covering day shifts, sleeps, waking nights and planned support. We are looking for reliable, professional and committed people who understand the importance of safeguarding, engagement and showing up properly for young people.

Shift preparation
- 1We send you the key shift details, including the home, location, times, pay and any relevant information you need before attending.
- 2We check that your compliance documents are complete and that you are suitable for the shift being offered.
- 3You attend the shift prepared, professional and ready to support the home properly.
Getting you ready to work
- 1We make the onboarding process clear, including what forms, checks and documents are needed.
- 2We review your experience, training and compliance documents before adding you to our staffing team.
- 3Once approved, you will be considered for suitable shifts with children's residential providers.
